The successful high bidder must initiate the payment process within 72 hours of auction close.

After 7 days, your item will be re-listed.

*We reserve the right to re-list after 7 days of auction close, if payment has not been received.*. If you are not paying through PayPal, you must email CIT-Warehouse with your payment method and the expected date of mailing within 24 hours. The entire transaction must be completed within 7 days after auction close.

Once payment has cleared, your item will be held and promptly shipped. 

We reserve the right to cancel all existing bids and end the auction early should the item no longer be available for sale. We also reserve the right to cancel the sale for non compliance of any of these terms and conditions.

Payment Requirements: All payments must be in US funds. We prefer PayPal, but also will accept cashiers checks and/or money orders from US payers. Sorry, no personal checks. No exceptions! International bidders must use Paypal. No other forms of payment accepted. No exceptions!

Note... Winning bidders should 'checkout' and complete the transaction by clicking the 'Pay Now' button. This gives the option of using Paypal or completing the transaction through regular mail channels. It provides a completed invoice, our mailing address, and the proper email notifications. If you are not sure of the total, desire insurance and/or shipping is to other than a US destination, please email us with your request and shipping address.

If you are new to eBay and not sure of the payment process, click on the 'PAY' tab located at the top of any eBay page, and it will walk you through the steps. Please get your funding issues resolved prior to bidding.

Within 48 hours of payment confirmation, your item will be shipped. Please note that Cashiers Checks and Money Orders will take a little more time to process since funds must clear our bank. Upon arrival of package, please leave feedback if you are satisfied with your item/items. In the event there is an error or you are unhappy, please talk to us so that we may do our best to fix it. Given that we are a retail store, we do have a lot going on and it can get busy. We will always do our best to serve you. Our customers mean everything to us, whether they are online or in person!  Shipping & Handling Policies

• We charge Flat Rate Shipping & Handling on all domestic and international orders for our customers convenience.
• We ship items Monday thru Friday.
• We do not ship on weekends.
• Items will be shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
• Prices on shipping are set and NON-NEGOTIABLE unless you are upgrading shipping OR it is an international order which needs special shipping/attention.*

Domestic Shipping

Cit-Warehouse ships via UPS for all domestic shipments. Estimated time is 3-5 days for deliveries. Express shipping can be arranged at buyers’ expense.  UPS offers Tracking Numbers which will be supplied upon buyers’ request.

Worldwide Shipping

We gladly ship worldwide! We ship via UPS or USPS trackable services. Typical delivery time is 3-7 days. Shipping times may vary however depending on destination, package dimensions and processing in Customs. Shipping insurance may be made available at buyer’s option for additional cost.

We do our best to provide the best prices on shipping and handling.

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from CIT-Warehouse. We do accept returns. Please note that we offer merchandise credit or exchanges. No returns/exchanges past 7 days of delivery. We do not refund Shipping & Handling charges. Such charges remain the responsibility of the Buyer on all returns/exchanges.

Important: You must obtain a return authorization number from our Customer Service Department in order to properly return your item. We cannot accept returns without an RA #. The item must be returned in good condition, and in original packaging with all parts, accessories and documentation to insure full credit.

This Standard Return Policy does not apply to all items.
